Our quotes are valid for a period of two weeks. This is because fuel prices can vary substantially over time.
No. We make all costs clear on the quote. The quotation we supply is inclusive of pickup, delivery, taxes and insurance.
Yes. Your car is comprehensively insured up to a value of 1 million pounds.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before you booking and we’ll process a full refund. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the service commencing will incur a £50 charge. This is to partly compensate drivers who have already been booked and will have reorganise their schedules.
If you decide accept the 247 Car Movers quotation we’ll take payment by card over the phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Yes. We regularly transport vehicles to Spain and Portugal which has a minimum fee of £1,200 from London or £1,500 from Scotland. We transport cars to all of Europe and Ireland. Due to the preparation work involved, we charge 50% of the fee at booking and the balance is payable 48 hours before pickup and is NOT refundable. We require 7 days’ notice to book these slots, preferably 30 days to schedule the alternative route work.
No. Our policy does not cover personal items left inside the car. Please ensure that you don’t place valuable personal items inside the car during transport
When we collect the vehicle we give it a thorough check for damage and may take photographs. We ask you to fully inspect the vehicle and sign vehicle release noting any pre-existing damage. On the unlikely instance that damage does occur that we are liable for, our insurance will cover any repairs costs and we will be in touch to organise the rectification of the damage.
Please ensure that you vehicle is clean to allow our driver to properly inspect it for damage prior to the delivery commencing. Please empty the vehicle of any personal belongings. There are not covered under out insurance policy. Please make sure that nothing is loose on the vehicle that may detach during transportation. Please make are that there is enough fuel in the car to make loading and unloading possible.
You don’t need to be there but we strongly recommend that you do have a representative present to sign off that the vehicle is in the expected condition when delivered.
Yes. As long as it can be moved and the steering is working. We have equipment that allows us to get the vehicle onto the trailer.
Yes. We have insurance up to the value of one million pounds.
